My day was an ordinary day until I saw a post on face book. Don’t you love the intrusiveness of face book when it benefits you? Ah, the love, hate relationship I have with this app on my phone. This particular day, I loved it! My friend Trish, had posted a link to a CBS News commentary clip. It was regarding a viral sensation created by Jefferson Bethke called ,“Why I Hate Religion But Love Jesus.”
Jeff and a few of his roommates put this proactive muse together, with hopes that at most, eight thousand You Tuber's would view and receive the message of Jesus Christ. To their amazement, 1.2 million viewers hit the YouTube directive within 24 hours of posting. In less than ten days, there have been 16 million curious minds who want to know the divine, within the poetry of a Political Science major.
I have to say that after viewing the video, that jumped into 16 million forms of techno feed, I was instantly a fan. This young man of 22 speaks with eloquent ease and retorts with the wisdom of Solomon; President Obama should be envious. I have posted the original You Tube video, "Why I Hate religion but Love Jesus" along with the CBS interview link. Give yourself a verbal treat and be one of the masses who have fallen in love with the Jesus message minus the stagnancy of religion.

Hi Calico, I did see this on Facebook - and loved it too! Such a great way to get the message across that religion is man made and doesn't bring life. There is another one called 'Sexual Healing' and absolutely wonderful too. I am sure with your post that you will introduce the hubbers to a different point of view that may answer a few of the questions I see frequently on the forums! Thanks for sharing!
